Doesn't get easier

Each week when I leave my trainor Ivana I say to myself it can't get any harder then today. But to my surprise the next session is just as hard or harder. I surprise myself on how far I have come in such a short period of time. I always thought I could never do that. But I can. So can we all in our own individual ways.
